Refrigeration Service Technician - St. Thomas POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for repair of Major Appliances and components in the field. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: - Repairs all line of Major Appliances using necessary tools, instruments and techniques. (Ex: stoves, refrigerators, washers & dryers, microwaves)) - Follow procedures to return defective or unused parts - Brings to the attention of the Technical Specialist customer cases requiring further diagnosis to be repaired or any other important matter. - Order replacement parts required - Prepares service invoices in proper manner and follow procedures. - Mails service invoices as established. - Attends all training sessions, as required. QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: - Experience in Major Appliances repair and troubleshooting - Customer and Consumer oriented MANUAL SKILL REQUIRED: - Office Machines, handling tools and test instruments, Computer Terminal oriented OUTSIDE CONTACTS: Customers, Consumers
